This policy outlines the data that the Cascade Discord Bot ("the Bot") collects and how it is used.

What Data We Collect

The Bot stores the following data to provide its features:

• Server (Guild) IDs: To store server-specific settings, such as the designated channels for game deals, moderation logs, and survival game announcements.
• Channel IDs: To know which channels to send automated messages to as configured by server administrators.
• User IDs: To save progress in the "Cascade Survival" game (e.g., inventory, health) and to manage command cooldowns.

We do **not** collect or store user messages, email addresses, or any personally identifiable information beyond your Discord User ID, which is necessary for the Bot's functionality.

How Data is Stored

All collected IDs and game data are stored in a secure Redis database hosted on Railway.app. The data is not shared with any third parties.

Data Removal

To request the removal of your personal data (such as your "Cascade Survival" game profile), please contact the bot owner, Khanette, on Discord.
